1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Slotswinner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all users of the app and website.
2. Account Registration
To use Slotswinner, you must register an account using a valid Indian mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
3. Use of Service
Slotswinner is an entertainment platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose, create multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, use automated tools or bots to interact with the service, attempt to circumvent or disable any security measures, or share your account with other users.
4. Rewards and Redemptions
Rewards collected through Slotswinner are subject to the terms applicable to each reward type. Redemptions are processed to your registered UPI or bank account. Slotswinner reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards where fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms is suspected. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
Slotswinner reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the service in a manner that is harmful to other users or the platform. Suspended accounts may forfeit any accumulated rewards.
6. Service Modifications
Slotswinner reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We aim to provide advance notice of significant changes where possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
